                   6.12.3.  For other form errors, not in the body or remarks section of an observation, delete/erase
                   the erroneous data and enter the correct data. Include a remark in Column 90 briefly explaining
                   the correction. If the error was in the Synoptic Data/SOD sections and already transmitted to
                   the 14 WS, resend the corrected form.
